My name is Carole Spry and along with my husband Paul we are a fostering family for our two beautiful children. I am a local government officer for the Royal Borough of Greenwich and previous to this I have taught children in the sports environment.

Paul and I are proud to be foster carers and embrace our children’s growth confidence, self-belief, educational and social development.  We joined David and Jennifer’s Constellation in January 2019 and very much support the ideology of the Mockingbird Family Model.

Secretary

I have been a foster carer with Royal Greenwich for nearly 3 years. I am approved for 2 children aged between 4 -18.

I have learnt that being a foster carer requires a lot of adjustments – family members, friends and lifestyle. Attending appropriate trainings is essential to one’s success; as is having a good working relationship with your Supervising Social Worker.

I enjoy flower arranging, listening to music, reading (most things, as time allows), hot climates, friendships and laughter and would love to be able to swim. I dislike housework.

Skills I bring to the GFCA. Experience of running my own training business. Previous experience of working with and developing services for various community groups (babies to the elderly). I am committed to ensuring that the GFCA is effective in carrying out its aims and objectives and to meet the needs of foster carers in the Greenwich.

HI, I'm Audrey. What do I like? I love living, I'm an outdoor person. I like travelling, DIY, working with children, watching sports including football.
